There is considerable increase of the demand for properties in Bansko county in the recent few months, according to property agents in the region. The most of the clients are foreign citizens, divided in two basic parts. One part are elderly people who are looking for a second house or a new home and are attracted from the quietness of the region and the beautiful nature. The spectacular show ended with grandiose downhill of all participants in the demonstration, accompanied by remarkable fireworks. Many famous Bulgarian stars took part of the concert, hosted on the first station of the gondola lift.
