More and more foreigners are looking for Bulgarian property not for their second house, but for permanent residence, according to “Bulgarian property” agency.

The number of the Britons, who live in Bulgaria has doubled for the last year. Round 1000 Albion families have found their home in Bulgaria.   The last investigations in UK show, that the most citizens between 18 and 29, who are searching for a home, would like to live abroad. The UK Central Board of statistics reported, that round 198 000 Britons have left their country- that makes 4000 people pro week.

Bulgarian entry in the EU, new airlines offering low-cost flights, increase of local living standard and impending infrastructure and tourist projects are making the property market favourable, informs the property agency.    On the other hand the property prices are still low and that makes them even more attractive. The capital growth is about 15 %- more realistic than the registered in recent years 20-30% income.

Till the end of the year the property deals are going to be 260 000, amounting to 5 billion EUR, adds Adrian Misgrave from “Bulgaria property.

The spectacular show ended with grandiose downhill of all participants in the demonstration, accompanied by remarkable fireworks. Many famous Bulgarian stars took part of the concert, hosted on the first station of the gondola lift. The success of the spectacle is in unison with the expectations of the guests for a wonderful ski season in Bansko resort.
